You guys made my stay excellent. The hotel was fine and clean, its location was excellent near exhibition centre, good service. Location: the venue was just next door to the restaurant. Competent and efficient staff, gave a lot of information. I liked milk, toast, and cereals.

The modern interior of this place is lovely, the restaurant is very comfortable for dinner, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the staff is friendly.

The rooms here are well-appointed and clean, offering comfortable beds, while the staff is efficient and friendly; also, you have the option to enjoy milk, toast.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was directly opposite the metro station and right next to the airport. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and catch our flight without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel was just two subway stops away from the exhibition center, which was perfect for our business needs.

While our overall experience was fantastic, we did encounter a small hiccup with the late checkout request. The staff was unable to accommodate it, which was a bit disappointing.

Only one aspect that could be improved.

The hotel is directly opposite the metro station which is one stop away from Terminal 2. the room was clean and new, and the staff spoke English. Some convenient stores and restaurants were nearby. the hotel shuttle and the airport shuttle service was free.

The hotel lacked activities and was away from Shanghai Hongqiao train station.
